Ready, Set, Rescue! The Firefighter Issue

Sound the alarm—it’s time to learn!

Ready, Set, Rescue! turns a favorite childhood theme into 20 pages of hands-on early learning. Children explore the world of firefighters while practicing phonics, sight words, early math, letter tracing, patterns, observation, problem-solving and critical thinking.

Rather than simply memorizing answers, Little Thinkers activities encourage children to look closely, notice differences, recognize patterns, follow clues and figure things out for themselves.

Inside, little learners will:

• Practice beginning sounds with firefighter vocabulary

• Trace and recognize uppercase letters

• Practice early sight words including I, see, the, my, go and more

• Count and solve simple Dalmatian addition
